QTS JV I (United States)
Fund III realized its interest in QTS JV I, a joint venture with QTS Realty Trust, which owned the Manassas Data Center, a built-to-suit facility fully leased to a global cloud provider under a 10-year contract.

CVO Holding Company, LLC (United States)
Fund III realized its interest in CVO Holding Company, LLC, a transportation infrastructure company that serves PrePass Safety Alliance in the delivery of weigh-station bypass and electronic toll payment services for the North American trucking industry. (Note: Fund III retained an interest in Commerce Logic, an add-on investment to CVO, that remains an active investment of Fund III.)

Emitel Sp. z o.o. (Poland)
Fund II realized its interest in EmiTel Sp. z o.o., which distributes television and radio signals nationwide in Poland under long-term contracts with television and radio broadcasters. The company owns approximately 350 broadcast towers. EmiTel is also the largest independent tower operator for mobile phone operators in Poland.

Energy Assets Group plc (United Kingdom)
Sold in 2020, Energy Assets Group was the largest independent provider of industrial and commercial gas metering services in the United Kingdom. EAG owned and rented gas and electric meters to industrial and commercial customers of U.K. regulated utilities.

Howard Energy Partners (United States)
Fund II realized its interest in Howard Midstream Energy Partners, LLC, an independent midstream energy company that owns and operates natural gas gathering lines, processing facilities, and pipelines, as well as oil gathering lines, a liquids stabilization plant and bulk liquid storage terminals.

2021

Martin Midstream Partners GP (United States)
Fund II realized its interest in Martin Midstream GP LLC (“MMGP”), the general partner of Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (“MMLP”). MMLP is a publicly traded master limited partnership, with a diverse set of operations focused primarily in the United States Gulf Coast Region.

BCTN (Europe)
Fund II sold its interest in BCTN, the leading inland terminal owner and operator in the Benelux region with a network of eight container terminals on the Albert Canal in Belgium and on the Rhine and Maas Rivers and on canals in the Netherlands, with a capacity to handle more than 1 million TEUs annually.

NorTex Midstream Partners LLC (United States)
Fund I sold NorTex Midstream Partners LLC, which owned and operated two gas storage fields serving Dallas-Fort Worth, to Castleton Commodities International LLC.

RIGS Haynesville Partnership Co. (United States)
Fund II sold its 50% interest in RIGS Haynesville Partnership Co., which owned a gas pipeline in Louisiana, to Energy Transfer Partners in 2018.

Houston Fuel Oil Terminal Company (United States)
We sold HFOTCO, an oil storage complex on the Houston Ship Channel, to SemGroup Corporation in 2017.

Reliance Home Comfort (Canada)
in 2017, we sold Reliance Home Comfort, Canada’s leading waterheater and HVAC rental company, to Cheung Kong Property Holdings Ltd. and Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Ltd.

InterPark Holdings LLC (United States)
We sold InterPark, the largest owner-operator of parking garages in the United States, in 2017.

In 2015, we sold Santa Paula Water LLC, which designed, built, owned and operated a wastewater treatment facility for the City of Santa Paula, California, back to the City in 2015.

AC Biogas S.A. (Europe)
AC Biogas S.A. was a portfolio of 68 biogas and biomethane facilities in Germany.

Reliance Protection Inc. (Canada)
We sold Reliance Protectron Inc., a leading provider of monitored security services in Canada, to ADT Corporation in 2014.

2013

DukeNet Communications, LLC (United States)
We sold DukeNet Communications, LLC to Time Warner Cable Inc. in 2013. DukeNet owned or controlled 7,100 miles of fiber optic capacity for the transmission of data by large corporate customers on a contracted basis.

American Roads LLC (United States)
American Roads LLC owned four toll bridges in Alabama and the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel.

South Staffordshire Water plc (United Kingdom)
In 2013, we sold two regulated U.K. water utilities, Cambridge Water plc and South Staffordshire plc. Sold along with the utility South Staffordshire plc in 2013 were two service entities, Echo Managed Services Ltd, which provided billing and customer relationship management systems for ten U.K. water utilities, and SSI Services, which provided specialist design, construction, testing, repair, electrical earthing and lightning protection, and infrastructure maintenance services in the water, wastewater, water hygiene, rail, construction and local authority markets in the United Kingdom.

Republic Intelligent Transportation Services, Inc. (United States)
We sold our 75% stake in Republic Intelligent Transportation Services, Inc., the largest provider of streetlight and traffic signal maintenance services for cities in the United States, to a subsidiary of Siemens AG in 2010.
