ESG Integration

Astatine’s ESG program goes back to the early days of the firm with roots in Environment, Health and Safety for infrastructure investments. Today, ESG is integrated in our investment process, and our program continues to evolve, with a commitment to continuous improvement in transparency and reporting. We are a signatory of the UN PRI, and with recent funds we have begun to make commitments under the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). In regard to the sectors in which we invest, we made the decision in early 2020 to stop investing in the mid-stream energy sector. As we continue to develop, ESG matters will remain a core component of our investment selection, diligence and management processes.
