Jim is co-Managing Partner and CEO of AIP. He is Chairman of the Investment Committees of Fund II, Fund III and Fund IV. He has over 30 years of infrastructure experience. He has worked at AIP for 11 years. He joined as a Partner in 2011 and was appointed Managing Partner in January 2020. Prior to joining AIP, Jim was Managing Director and Global Head of the Power and Utilities Group in the Investment Banking Division at UBS.

Andrew is co-Managing Partner and COO of AIP. He is a member of the Investment Committees of Fund II, Fund III and Fund IV. He has 25 years of experience in infrastructure. He has worked at AIP for 10 years. He joined AIP as a Managing Director in 2012 and became Head of Sourcing in Europe and Head of AIP’s European business. He was named a Partner in 2014 and was appointed Managing Partner in January 2020. Prior to joining AIP, he was a Managing Director in Infrastructure, Utilities and Natural Resources investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London.
