AIP completes the annual GRESB Infrastructure assessment for its funds and eligible portfolio companies. AIP is committed to continuous improvement and its funds have scored well above the global average for diversified private equity funds, earning recognition as GRESB “Most Improved” in 2020.
AIP GRESB Fund Scores 2019–2021
AIP’s GRESB fund scores continue to improve and are now consistently above the global average for diversified private equity funds.
2021 GRESB Assessment
- All eligible AIP funds and portfolio assets complete the GRESB Infrastructure assessment annually. 15 AIP entities reported in 2021
- 80% of AIP entities achieved a 4 or 5 star rating
- 5 AIP managed assets – nearly 40% – achieved a 5 star rating
- Port of Virginia and BCTN earned the #1 ranking among their peer groups; most assets scored within the top quartile of reporters
- Howard Energy Partners (Fund II) was named GRESB “Most Improved” among Energy and Water Resource companies globally in 2021
- All AIP entities earned strong score improvement vs. prior year, reflecting the continuous improvement in ESG performance, transparency, ESG engagement and stewardship led by AIP
- Nearly 90% of AIP entities scored above the GRESB average
- Both Funds II and III achieved 4 star ratings and rank within the top quartile of all Diversified Private funds
QTS Manassas Data Center
GRESB Score of 95 points and a 5-star rating. QTS Manassas was also named the Sector Leader among all data centre reporters and the #1 performance score among all 549 GRESB Infrastructure reporters globally.
CVO
GRESB Score of 90 points and a 5-star rating, ranking in the top 20% of all GRESB reporters globally, 2nd in peer group, an outstanding result for a first-time participant.
Kelling Group
GRESB Score of 82 points and a 4-star rating, an outstanding result for a first-time participant.
Twin Parking Holdings
GRESB Score of 72 points (+33 from 2020). Most Improved among Transport company reporters.
